Mr. Nipan Chittaniyompanich founded Sinkiat Wattana Ltd., Part. in 1967. The factory of the partnership was established in the same year for producing construction tools which were sold to both domestic and oversea markets. Later in 1980, Mr. Chittaniyompanich also founded S.K.W. Steels Product Co., Ltd. with registered capital of 25 million baht. The head office was located in Sampanthawong, Bangkok. Four years later, the factory of S.K.W. Steels Product was established in Krathumban, Samutsakorn province. The company has produced made-to-order steel parts by forging process, including automobile parts, constructional tractor parts, parts for electricity plant, parts of railroad, etc. In addition, key customers of the company are both private companies and state enterprises. Nevertheless, the head office of S.K.W. Steels Product has moved to be located at the same address as the factory in Krathumban, Samutsakorn province since late 2009. Since 2003 , S.K.W. Steels Product Co.,Ltd has been certified with ISO 9001 : 2000. In 2017 , the company is already updated and certified to the latest version as ISO 9001 : 2015 บริษัท เอส. เค. ดับบลิว. สตีลส์โปรดัคท์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อปีพ.ศ. ด้วยเงินทุนจดทะเบียน 25 ล้านบาท โดยคุณนิพันธ์ จิตตนิยมพาณิชย์ ที่ตั้งสำนักงานเดิมอยู่ที่ เวิ้งนครเกษม ถนนเจริญกรุง แขวงสัมพันธวงศ์ เขตสัมพันธวงศ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยก่อนหน้านั้นได้ก่อตั้งห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดสินเกียรติ์วัฒนา ในปี พ.ศ. 2510 พร้อมทั้งก่อตั้งโรงงานแห่งที่ ในปีเดียวกัน ดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตสินค้าประเภทเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง โดยส่งขายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ในปี พ.ศ. 2527 เริ่มก่อตั้งโรงงานแห่งที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นที่อยู่ปัจจุบันเลขที่ 41 หมู่ 9 ซอยเทพกาญจนา ถนนเศรษฐกิจ ตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 74110 ผลิตชิ้นส่วนโลหะปั้มขึ้นรูป (Forging) โดยรับจ้างผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถแทรคเตอร์ รถบรรทุก รถมอเตอร์ไซต์ ชิ้นส่วนที่ใช้กับโรงงานไฟฟ้า สะพาน รางรถไฟและอื่นๆ ซึ่งรับจ้างผลิตให้กับบริษัทเอกชนและรัฐวิสาหกิจมาตลอดระยะเวลาเกือบสามสิบปีที่ผ่านมา ในปีพ.ศ.2546 บริษัทได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 : 2000 และได้รับการตรวจสอบรับรองตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา จนปัจจุบันได้ปรับปรุงเป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดคือ ระบบคุณภาพมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 : 2015 |
